She has worked with professionals in all types of industries, with a focus on the financial, technology, oil and gas, and transportation industries.
Jacqueline has a robust educational background to augment her years of leadership development experience. She has completed a B.Sc., a Diploma of Advanced Studies in Career Development, an M.Ed., and a Doctorate in leadership and executive coaching. Her dissertation on team coaching was recognized as the most outstanding professional doctorate at Middlesex University in London, England in 2013. She is certified to administer the Extended DISC, Group Styles Inventory (GSI), EQ in Action, Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Inventory (TKI), and many other assessments. She has developed specialized 360 feedback assessments for leaders and teams, as well as a comprehensive, research based Team Effectiveness Assessment. She is a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is a Past President of the Calgary Chapter of the ICF and Past President and Co-chair of the Banff Couples Conference.
Jacqueline has co-developed a new High Performance Team Coaching System that has been published in several journals and books. She has recently released her third book, High Performance Relationships: The Heart and Science behind Success at Work and Home. This book uniquely provides a simple model for building, repairing and enhancing relationships based on the overlaps in the research between high performance teams, effective leaders, and successful couples.

Barb is an experienced coach, organization consultant, and facilitator who specializes in leadership development initiatives. She has more than 25 years of experience as a leader and has worked with emerging, developing and seasoned leaders in a wide variety of organizations. Drawing upon this extensive experience, Barb partners with leaders and their organizations in creating integrated strategies for leadership development, leadership coaching and team coaching for high performance, performance management and change management. She also designs and delivers leadership development workshops as well as highly effective mentoring programs.
Barb is a graduate of the Royal Roads University Executive Graduate Certificate Program. She is a credentialed member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through this organization. She is also certified in various assessment tool which include the Extended DISC, Birkman Behavioural Styles, Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQi) and the Management Research Group’s (MRG) Strategic Leadership Tools, Leadership Effectiveness Analysis and Individual Inventory Directions.

Colleen’s career has centered on teaching and learning, facilitating, and as a team leader with a specialization in leadership development and interpersonal effectiveness.
Colleen is certified and experienced in delivering Achieve Global leadership programs, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, and has designed and delivered numerous other programs on organizational change and communication skills. She has facilitated DiSC™ workshops as team building events and designed and facilitated customized workshops and strategic planning sessions in collaboration with senior leaders.
Colleen’s thirty-plus years’ experience is in education, transportation, and oil and gas.
Colleen holds a Master of Education degree with a specialization in Adult Education and Organizational Effectiveness. She is also a certified practising mediator with Alberta Civil Court.

Catherine has many years of experience working with leaders, groups and individuals. Catherine completed an M.Ed, in Counselling and Leadership Development in 1996. She is a PCC level coach and a registered clinical counsellor with a background in systems approaches, group work, and program facilitation. She is certified to administer the EQi, EQi 360, Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Inventory (TKI), DISC, and other B level tools. Catherine has completed her doctorate in team coaching and leadership from Middlesex University in London, England.
